Refund policy

Every song is custom made to-order and cannot be reused by another customer, so unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. Music is highly subjective, and sometimes there is something that the customer just doesn't enjoy. 

Here are things that we promise to deliver:

1. Good-quality recording (no glitches/cut-ins cut-outs/accidental distortion/song not to be too quiet)
2. Song meets the ordered length
3. Vocals are on key
