Yes! You can input your own lyrics in the questionnaire - “Add Instructions” when you order, and the artist will try and use them in the song. 

If you include more than 60 words per minute, we may not be able to make it into the song creatively. (but we'll try our best).

It’s helpful to let the artists know if you want your lyrics to be used exactly as they’re written, or if you would like the artist to make modifications as they see fit.

For copyright/licensing reasons, any lyrics you submit MUST be written and owned by you, i.e., the person placing the order. Please note, as the creators of song, we at ZOEE will be the owners of the IP of the final product/song.

Due to copyright laws, every song we make must have an original melody and original lyrics. We don’t do cover songs / other commercial songs. 

We may be able to make a song with a similar style or feel to the one you have in mind; you can share the same in the questionnaire - “Reference Song” whilst placing the order.

You can! However:

We have the right to refuse any request for songs that would contain anything we feel is derogatory to a person, religion, race, national origin, gender, sex, age, brand, etc. or harm a legally protected status.

We generally avoid any political-oriented subject material.

In the case that we refuse your request, we'll give you a full refund.

Our standard rights/licensing agreement is for Personal Use only: listening in a private setting with friends & family, sharing on private social media channels, or listening at un-branded events like weddings.

Using your song in any setting that is not for Personal Use, without obtaining a Commercial License, is illegal & a violation of our Terms of Use, and a violation of the artist's copyrights. 

If we notice that a song's content implies that it may require a Commercial License, we will send you an invoice accordingly, and halt the progress on the song until the invoice is paid.

In case a personalized song created by ZOEE is exploited for commercial use without prior approval then we shall take a legal course to stop the same and implement the copyright claim.

When your song is ready, an email will be sent to you with the song in a downloadable MP3 format.

You can listen to your song, have unlimited .mp3 downloads. If you want the lyrics of the song you can avail the ADD ON service amongst many other add-ons with extra charges.

Because of our quick turnaround time, artists often begin working on orders immediately after they are placed.

Once you submit your order, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order will be included.

If you mail us the request (or email support@ZOEE.co.in) any changes that you would like to make, we will try our best to include the new information subject to creativity and is not guaranteed , and we cannot offer a free refund or revision due to the changes not being included.

As of now we are not taking revisions or changes requested since the team executing the request are  professionals and subject matter experts, who have ensured the quality in terms of length of the song, vocals, with lyrics which include key words and messaging. 

ZOEE ensures 3 rounds of quality checks to ensure that the song is delivered as per the customer requirement described in genre, key words and original tunes of questionnaire.

However email us at support@ZOEE.co.in with your feedback which will help us to improve our processes in the future. Include your Song ID in the message to speed up the process.

Every song is custom made to-order and cannot be reused by another customer, so unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. Music is highly subjective, and sometimes there is something that the customer just doesn't enjoy.
