Can I use my own lyrics?
Yes! You can input your own lyrics in the questionnaire - “Add Instructions” when you order, and the artist will try and use them in the song.
If you include more than 60 words per minute, we may not be able to make it into the song creatively. (but we'll try our best).
It’s helpful to let the artists know if you want your lyrics to be used exactly as they’re written, or if you would like the artist to make modifications as they see fit.
For copyright/licensing reasons, any lyrics you submit MUST be written and owned by you, i.e., the person placing the order. Please note, as the creators of song, we at ZOEE will be the owners of the IP of the final product/song.
Can I request profanity in my songs? Or What topics do you avoid?
You can! However:
We have the right to refuse any request for songs that would contain anything we feel is derogatory to a person, religion, race, national origin, gender, sex, age, brand, etc. or harm a legally protected status.
We generally avoid any political-oriented subject material.
In the case that we refuse your request, we'll give you a full refund.
